- Introduction: Welcome to 3 Colores Cafe (hereinafter “we”, “us”, “our” or “the Store”). By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to them, we ask that you do not use our site.
- Privacy Policy: We take the privacy of our customers very seriously. We collect and use your personal information only to process and deliver your orders. We do not share your information with third parties, except when necessary to fulfill your order or when required by law.
- Payments and Orders: All prices of our products are in Colombian pesos. We accept payments through Wompi with the following payment methods: credit card, QR Bancolombia, Bancolombia button, Nequi, PSE, Bancolombia correspondent, Daviplata, “Compra y Paga Después Bancolombia” and SU+Pay. Your order will be processed once payment has been confirmed.
- Shipments: We ship all over Colombia. Delivery times may vary depending on location. We will provide you with a tracking number so you can follow your order at all times.
- Returns and Refunds: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused products within 5 days of receipt. To initiate a return, please contact us at 3colorescafe@gmail.com. The return must be for a valid reason, such as a product failure or a specific error in your order. Once we receive the returned products, we will process your refund within 20 business days.
- Products: We strive to display products as accurately as possible. However, product images may differ slightly from the actual product.
- Changes in Terms: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Modifications will become effective upon posting on our website.
