3 Colores is Colombian coffee
From the yellow of the sun that illuminates our crops, to the blue that embraces our skies and the intense red of the coffee cherries. Each cup is a song, a dance of flavors that intertwine with the dreams of our community.
The Process
Pink Bourbon: We start the cultivation of this pink bourbon together with cocoa sticks, which will give unique attributes to the fruit. After its maturation, it is harvested and left to ferment for 72 hours in its shell. Afterwards, we proceed to wash and dry the seed in the traditional artisan dryers of Colombian coffee growers. After this process, we take the coffee seeds to the laboratory to be threshed, roasted and analyzed. We verify that the quality of the coffee is adequate for our clients and that it delivers the notes and sensations of a true coffee with a Colombian flavor.

We work directly with farmers who practice sustainable methods, thus guaranteeing that each bean is not only of high quality, but also carefully cultivated.
